Stephanie Short Thomas received a dual bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Health Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. She received a Master of Nursing degree from Clayton State University in Atlanta, GA. She received a Graduate Certificate in Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from Georgia State University. Her background includes years of experience with community organizations serving in several leadership positions, as a Lead Utilization Review Analyst, Care Manager and Assistant Professor of Nursing. She hopes to leverage her training and experience to further develop and expand her work and interests in chronic disease management and population health to help serve the homeless veteran population.
Stafford Senior Care Management Services was created in 2019 and officially founded in 2020 after more than 25 years of service in healthcare. In honor of the men and women who served to protect us, Stafford Senior Care Management Services will focus on helping homeless veterans who desire to improve their lives. Stafford Senior Care Management Services will focus on partnering with various communities resources to provide transition in place programs, comprehensive social support, education and training.
